University of Bisha publishes the following admission rules3, which we carry over as the official page states them:
- You must be medically fit with sound senses and limbs, and pass the medical check in the majors that require one.
- If you turn out not to be fit for a major, the university may cancel your place in it and move you to another major that suits you, where possible.
- You must not have been dismissed from Bisha or any other university for academic or disciplinary reasons, and must not be enrolled anywhere else.
- Your secondary certificate must be no more than five years old.
- For the health majors your secondary certificate must be no more than one year old.
- You must pass the interview, written tests and medical check in the majors that require them; otherwise your admission moves to another available major.
- If you are nominated for a major, pick one of the replies: accept, accept with upgrade, or decline. If you do not reply, your application is cancelled and you lose the claim to that major.
- You must follow the rules on study, exams and conduct, including appearance and behaviour; breaches can lead to dismissal.

Chemistry: Every programme at the College of Sciences takes four years over eight levels. Chemistry is 135 credit hours and industrial chemistry 133, both at qualification level six.7
Geographic Information Science: The geographic information science programme brings together GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, spatial databases and web maps, over four years and 128 credit hours.7
Medical Laboratory Science: Medical laboratory science takes five years including an internship year, and nursing and midwifery also take five years. These health majors require a secondary certificate no more than a year old.8
Interior Design: Interior design and fashion design are four-year programmes for women with 128 credit hours each, and interior design aims to train leading women graduates in the field.9
