About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Establishment ALF CHEAR For Trading (commercial registration 4030600062, Jeddah 23623, Saudi Arabia), which runs Tiswa. They apply when you use the Tiswa iPhone app, the tiswa.app website, and Tiswa emails and support (together, “Tiswa”). By creating an account or using Tiswa, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Tiswa.
Features, supported universities, and offers can change or stop. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
Who can use Tiswa
- Students currently enrolled at a university that Tiswa supports, who can sign in with a working university email address or verify their enrolment another way Tiswa offers.
- Staff and faculty members of a supported university, who verify with their work email or with a document that shows they work there.
- High school students: Tiswa is for people aged 18 and over, and sign-up for high school students under 18 is closed.
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
- The details you give us must be true and your own. We may ask you to verify again, and benefits for a group (students, staff, faculty or high school) stay available only while you belong to it.
Your account
- Each person may hold one account. It is personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- An account works on one phone at a time. You can move it to a new phone 24 hours after the current phone was linked; moving it signs out other devices.
- Verifying your university or work email shows that you control that mailbox. We may pause benefits if your status cannot be confirmed.
- Keep your phone, passkey, and sign-in codes safe. Do not share one-time codes with anyone, including people who say they work for Tiswa.
Offers and redemption
- Offers come from the businesses that make them. Each business is responsible for its offer, its goods and services, and its own terms, which may include limits, dates, and stock.
- An offer is valid only when the Tiswa app confirms it at the time you redeem it. Screenshots, recordings, and copied codes are not valid.
- A business may refuse an offer if it cannot confirm that the offer is valid, or if the offer’s own conditions are not met.
- Offers may change, sell out, or end without notice. Tiswa does not sell the goods or services in an offer and is not a party to your purchase.
- The Apple Wallet member card shows your membership. It cannot be used to redeem offers.
Prices and information from others
Prices, product details, and price comparisons in Tiswa are for information. They come from businesses and public sources and can be out of date. The price the business charges at the time you buy is the one that applies. Tiswa may also show reviews and videos from services such as Google and TikTok; they belong to their authors and are not Tiswa’s views.
Affiliate links
Some offers link to other websites. When you buy through one of these links, Tiswa may earn a commission. The offer tells you before you leave the app. If you allow tracking when iOS asks, the link carries your Tiswa account ID so the network can report your purchase; our privacy notice explains this. Your purchase on another website is governed by that website’s terms and privacy policy.
What you may not do
- Use an offer for someone else, or resell, trade, or publish offers, codes, or member benefits.
- Get around the one-account or one-phone rules, use an email or document that is not yours, or give false information.
- Use bots, scripts, or modified apps, copy Tiswa’s content in bulk, or try to break into, overload, or reverse engineer Tiswa.
- Harass businesses, other members, or Tiswa staff, or use Tiswa to break the law.
Businesses on Tiswa
A business that lists offers on Tiswa must describe them accurately, honour them as published while they are live, and follow the law that applies to its offers, including consumer-protection and advertising rules. A business’s written partner agreement with Tiswa takes priority over this section.
Tiswa’s content
The Tiswa name, logo, app, website, and their design belong to Tiswa or its licensors. You may use them only to use Tiswa as intended. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything. Other brand names, logos, and product names shown in Tiswa belong to their owners. We use them only to identify an offer; a listing does not mean the brand endorses Tiswa or is a Tiswa partner unless the offer says so.
Deleting your account
- You can delete your account at any time in the app: open Profile and tap Delete my account. If you cannot open the app, send a request to partners@tiswa.app or through the support form.
- Deletion closes the account straight away and cannot be undone. You lose your membership, member card, saved offers, history, friends, invites, plans and group deals in progress. Purchases you made on other websites, and codes you already used, are not affected.
- We erase your personal data within 30 days. What remains: totals that no longer identify you (such as redemption counts businesses already saw), records the law requires us to keep, and a record that the deletion happened. Our privacy notice has the details.
Suspension
We may limit, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is linked to misuse of offers. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to review the decision through support.
Our responsibility
We work to keep Tiswa accurate and available, but it is provided as it is and may have errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Tiswa is not responsible for goods, services, prices, or conduct of businesses and other websites, or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email before an important change takes effect. If you keep using Tiswa after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem. Disputes that cannot be solved go to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
