How the weighted percentage works
Each score is multiplied by its weight and the results are added. With 30/30/40 weights: (high school × 0.30) + (Qudurat × 0.30) + (Tahsili × 0.40). This is the method Saudipedia explains.
- Each university sets its own weights, and they can differ between the health, science, business and humanities tracks.
- An official example: King Abdulaziz University publishes 50% high school, 30% Qudurat and 20% Tahsili for its science track.
- Some humanities programmes count only high school and Qudurat, with no Tahsili.
- If your university uses other weights, pick "Other weights" and enter them from its admission page.
What do I need on Tahsili?
If you have your Qudurat score and Tahsili is still ahead, leave Tahsili blank and enter the weighted percentage you want. The tool takes the high school and Qudurat shares away from your goal and divides what is left by the Tahsili weight.
