The UQU Blackboard (BB) sign-in link
The official link is lms.uqu.edu.sa3, and you sign in with your university account, not a separate Blackboard account. Students also call it BB, or LMS after its address.
What UQU says about the account and signing in
- Umm Al-Qura's single sign-on accepts Nafath (national single sign-on) as well as the university account, and the same page carries the password reset link.4
The Blackboard app on your phone
The Blackboard app itself is on the App Store and Google Play1. It works with the university's own Blackboard server: pick UQU when it asks for your institution, then sign in with the same university account you use in the browser. Courses, announcements, grades and assignments reach you in it, and the features depend on what the university has switched on.
When sign-in fails
Your Blackboard account is your university account, so a password comes back from the university, not from Blackboard. At UQU that is Password reset2 and Email address lookup2. Check first that the account is active and that the password is the one that opens the rest of the university's systems.
The rest of UQU: portal and email
The same account opens the academic system and university email. Every sign-in link is on the UQU systems page.
For faculty
The same app serves instructors too: course materials, assessments and student follow-up from the phone1.
After you sign in: student prices for UQU students
A UQU student verifies in tiswa with their university email and opens student prices on devices, software and subscriptions. Every deal is on the UQU student page.
