The IAU SIS sign-in link
The official link is sis.iau.edu.sa1, and you sign in with your university account, not a separate account for the system.
What you do in SIS
The student information system (SIS) is your academic record in one place: course registration, the schedule, grades and GPA, the academic record, and e-requests. It opens with your university account.
Registration, add and drop open on the dates in the university's academic calendar, so if the registration button is missing, check the calendar before you contact support. Grades appear once the college approves them, and the academic record and documents are requested from the system itself or from the admissions and registration deanship, as the university publishes it.
When sign-in fails
Your SIS account is your university account, so a password comes back from the university, not from the system. At IAU that is the IT support desk, linked from the university systems page. Check first that the account is active, that the password is the one that opens the rest of the university's systems, and that you are on the official link rather than a search result.
The rest of IAU: portal, email and learning
The same account opens the learning system (IAU Blackboard) and university email. Every sign-in link is on the IAU systems page.
For faculty
Grade entry, class lists and section schedules sit in the faculty side of the same system, with the staff account.
After you sign in: student prices for IAU students
A IAU student verifies in tiswa with their university email and opens student prices on devices, software and subscriptions. Every deal is on the IAU student page.
