What you do in Edugate
Edugate is the academic portal many Saudi universities run: course registration with add and drop, the class schedule, grades and GPA, the academic record, and e-requests. It opens with your university account.
Registration, add and drop open on the dates in the university's academic calendar, so if the registration button is missing, check the calendar before you contact support. Grades appear once the college approves them, and the academic record and documents are requested from the system itself or from the admissions and registration deanship, as the university publishes it.

When sign-in fails
Your Edugate account is your university account, so a password comes back from the university, not from the system. At Najran University that is Complaints and suggestions1.
