Jazan University Edugate: sign-in link and registration

Jazan University Edugate: sign-in link, registration, grades and the academic record

The official link from Jazan University's own pages, what the system does, and what the university says about signing in.

The short answer

Jazan University Edugate opens at edugate.jazanu.edu.sa with your university account, and holds registration, the schedule, grades, the academic record and requests. This page gathers the official link as Jazan University publishes it, what the university itself says about the account and sign-in, and who fixes a sign-in that fails. tiswa never asks for or stores your sign-in details.

The Jazan University Edugate sign-in link

The official link is edugate.jazanu.edu.sa¹, and you sign in with your university account, not a separate account for the system.

What you do in Edugate

Edugate is the academic portal many Saudi universities run: course registration with add and drop, the class schedule, grades and GPA, the academic record, and e-requests. It opens with your university account.

Registration, add and drop open on the dates in the university's academic calendar, so if the registration button is missing, check the calendar before you contact support. Grades appear once the college approves them, and the academic record and documents are requested from the system itself or from the admissions and registration deanship, as the university publishes it.

What Jazan University says about the account and signing in

Blackboard opens with your Jazan University single sign-on account, while the e-services portal signs you in through the national single sign-on (Nafath) at eservices.jazanu.edu.sa, as the e-learning and IT deanship explains.³
Account and system problems go in as a ticket on the technical support portal at tic.jazanu.edu.sa, which also carries the FAQ and the knowledge base.²

When sign-in fails

Your Edugate account is your university account, so a password comes back from the university, not from the system. At Jazan University that is IT support¹ and Technical support tickets². Check first that the account is active, that the password is the one that opens the rest of the university's systems, and that you are on the official link rather than a search result.

The rest of Jazan University: portal, email and learning

The same account opens the learning system (Jazan University Blackboard) and university email. Every sign-in link is on the Jazan University systems page.

For faculty

Grade entry, class lists and section schedules sit in the faculty side of the same system, with the staff account.

After you sign in: student prices for Jazan University students

A Jazan University student verifies in tiswa with their university email and opens student prices on devices, software and subscriptions. Every deal is on the Jazan University student page.
