## The KFU Blackboard (BB) sign-in link

## The Blackboard app on your phone

It works with the university's own Blackboard server: pick KFU when it asks for your institution, then sign in with the same university account you use in the browser. ## When sign-in fails

Your Blackboard account is your university account, so a password comes back from the university, not from Blackboard. At KFU that is [Customer care](https://kfucare.kfu.edu.sa/). Check first that the account is active and that the password is the one that opens the rest of the university's systems.
